This policy ensures that all researchers receive materials that have never left our climate-controlled environment, including high-purity research compounds such as TESAMORELIN 20MG, RETATRUTIDE 40MG, MOTS-C 20MG, GHK-Cu 100MG, BPC-157 10MG, NAD+ 1000MG, and GLUTATHIONE 1500MG.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, is missing items, or you receive a product other than what was ordered, please contact our support team at support@advancepeptides.us within 48 hours of delivery. Please include photographic evidence of the packaging and the product vials. We will review your claim promptly and, if validated, issue a replacement or a refund at no additional cost to you.

Refunds

Refunds are processed in instances where an order is canceled prior to shipment or in cases of validated shipping errors or material product damage where a replacement is not available. Approved refunds will be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.

As all Advance Peptides products are strictly for research and laboratory use only, we cannot offer refunds based on the outcomes of your specific experiments, as environmental variables and experimental design are beyond our control. Product-specific analytical results, where available, apply only to the sample or batch identified in the corresponding Certificate of Analysis.
